Last updated: 4 August 2026
Acceptance
By accessing devops-lab.digital or enrolling in a DevOps Lab session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase training.
Who we are
DevOps Lab provides technical analysis training focused on price action journaling. Our office address is Level 14, 400 George Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. Contact: hello@devops-lab.digital · +61 7 3238 9900.
Services described on this site
Session descriptions, rates, and schedules are informational. A place is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry and you receive written confirmation and an invoice. We may decline enrolments that seek trade signals, account management, or other services we do not offer.
Intellectual property
Course materials, journal templates, marked samples, and website content remain the property of DevOps Lab or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal trading practice. You may not resell, republish, or present them as your own curriculum.
Participant conduct
Live sessions require respectful critique. We may remove a participant who harasses others, shares private journal pages without consent, or repeatedly seeks prohibited signal-style advice. Fees already paid for completed sessions are not returned in that case; unused future sessions are handled under the refund policy where applicable.
No investment advice
Training discusses how to observe and record price behaviour. Nothing on this site or in sessions constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, DevOps Lab is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse forms. We may suspend access that threatens security or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
